I am really good at putting a little too much on my plate in most seasons of my life, but I’ve grown to love busyness. For the past several years, I’ve been a wife, a full-time employee in a secular field, and a worship leader. Three months ago, I added the title “mom” to the mix.

Adding a hymn to your worship set can be an incredible way to add depth and richness to your worship set. Many of these songs have incredible backstories and things happening behind the scenes when they were written.

Spending time together- especially outside- during these warmer months can really boost your team’s unity and friendship.

You don’t have to do BIG things to succeed as a leader. Just do the small things consistently and watch what God does in the ordinary!
