 Intensive Group FAQs

  • The program covers a comprehensive range of topics to support your growth, including:

    • Cultivating a heart of worship and a lifestyle of spiritual formation

    • Building and leading cohesive teams with vision and purpose

    • Crafting engaging setlists to create meaningful worship moments

    • Developing musical excellence and advanced musicianship

    • Leading effective rehearsals that your team will enjoy

    • Engaging your congregation in worship

    • Approaching worship as a form of pastoral care and leadership

    By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have the foundation to confidently lead worship and foster lasting spiritual connections.

  • The program consists of twelve 60-minute Zoom sessions, held weekly. Each session dives into a specific theme, offering plenty of time for questions, personal sharing, and meaningful discussions. The group format allows you to learn alongside other leaders, building community and creating space for shared growth.

    Additionally, participants will have access to a PDF study guide to complement the weekly sessions. This ensures you can revisit the content at your own pace and deepen your understanding.

  • Sessions take place on Tuesdays at two time slots to accommodate different schedules:

    • 12 pm EST

    • 6 pm EST

    You’ll choose the time that works best for your schedule, and the first session begins in March 2025.
